Reporting into the National Manager HR, you will be responsible for: - Manage end to end HR activities for the entire North zone including Talent Acquisition - Manage end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leaders to implement HR strategy - Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region - Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid-term appraisal cycle at organization level - Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognitions systems for the region including sales incentive plans - You will be an HR Generalist with at least 2+ years of experience. You must have experience in financial/banks/mortgage industry and should have worked in a regional role.
