HR Business Partner - Financial Services (13-16 yrs)
We are hiring for a HR BP for a leading Financial Services based at Gurgaon / Mumbai.
Position : HR BP- ONLY FROM IT Industry
Experience : 13-16 years from IT/Technology Industry with good HR BP / HR Generalist .
Role & Responsibilities :
- HR Lead will drive HR processes/initiatives across key stages of the employee along with partnering with business stakeholders, supporting client discussions, managing employee escalations
- Ability to impact and influence business leaders / managers and get things done. Well-developed networking and communication skills.
- High tolerance of ambiguity yet focused on tangible and measurable results.
- Experience of working with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives
- Build an effective communication plan / governance structure with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leading Experience is preferable.
