Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing employee lifecycle from Hiring process to exit process of an employee

- Extensively involved in business stakeholder management to liaison with business for manpower planning.

- Provide HR support related to HR system and supports stakeholders in HR decision and roadmap

- Drive adherence to HR process, metric and plan

- Implement and drive HR programs

- Drive and ensure closure of employees issues, maintain employee relations across assets
