HR business Partner - Financial Group

Our client is a Leading financial group with a strong presence in the Region. There now exists an opportunity to be part of the team as an HR Business Partner for a key business group within the organization, the Wholesale Banking arm.

- To handle end-to-end business partnering, including recruitment, performance management, talent management, and employee relations

- Build strong business relationships with internal clients and stakeholders

- Proactively drive and support the delivery of HR processes, engagement initiatives and issues

- Act as a single point of contact for employees, supporting partners and managers with employee issues

- Manage on-boarding including offer process and induction
