HR Business Partner - F&B/Retail/Restaurant

Group/Company : A leading name in F&B retail/Restaurants; was founded 42 years ago currently operate across 400+ locations in India, expanding into the Middle East, US & UK, with a strong and focused development plan to continue to grow as a leading and well-respected food and beverage player in the food & beverage industry of the region. Currently operates 5+ popular brands in Restaurant chain.

Roles : HR Business Partner Will be handling 1 BU & reports to Group HR Head

Ideal Candidate: HR professionals from good MBA schools having experience from any Service industry. retail, airlines, travel & tour, F&B, QSR etc Preferred.

Role :

- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit

- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.

- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally

- Builds a strong business relationship

- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

- Recruits personally the key talents

- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees

- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management etc.

Note : This is all Saturday half day working.
