HR Business Partner - Fashion Goods Industry

The company is poised at the next stage of growth, for the success of which astute HR Partnering will be a key factor. To induct this critical talent into the team, they are seeking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner for the India organization.

Key responsibilities of the role include:-

- Design & Develop a well defined HR Roadmap and partner with the BU's to drive it

- Develop & Implement a Talent management strategy

- Drive Leadership Development through Training (L&D), succession planning.

- Ongoing review of Organization Structure & Capability Building aspects

- Active role along with Business Heads in establishing a high-performance culture

- Ensure employee engagement and structured communications.

- Influencing all stakeholders in upholding the company values

Candidate Profile: -

You should be a Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in HR or Organization Behavior from a premier institute. A minimum experience span of 10-12 years including a leadership role, preferably in a customer-centric B2B organization would be essential. Experience in global multi-location organizations with strong - Developmental HR- accomplishments would be an added advantage.
