- Ascertained organizational training needs
- Designed, developed and delivered customized training programs
- Administered learning management system
Requirements
- should have hands on experience on HRBP + Employee Relations + PMS Operations + Employer Branding
- should have hands on experience on these components
- Individual Contributor Role reporting to the AVP in HR
Experience: 7 to 11 Years
Education: Candidate can be from Tier 1 B School
Candidates with high energy levels and communication from the Internet/Ecommerce/IT companies will be considered
