HRBP (Employee Relations & Compensation Benefits)

We are currently hiring an expert who has seasoned experience in Employee Relation and Compensation & Benefits to join our Human Resources team and manage the full spectrum of these functions.

Main Responsibilities of Compensation & Benefits Manager will include:

1. Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.

2. Employee Relations Specialists perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

3. Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.

4. Uses surveys, interviews, and other studies to research human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.

5. An Employee Relations Specialist explains and provides advice to workers about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance.

6. Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.

7. Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

8. Providing support on offer management as required.

9. Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.

10. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

1. You ideally have prior experience within compensation & benefits and rewards management

2. Good knowledge of statutory requirements.
