Senior role - Employee relations & Engagement
Location - Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities :
Employee relations & Engagement :
- Employee life-cycle management, new hire orientation, employee exits, Employee connects - driving one-on-one and group level discussions, manage disciplinary and critical background check cases, drive organization level initiatives, managing and driving reward town-halls, driving periodic recognition and employee assistance programs (EAP), grievance handling, POSH, rewards and recognition, game and activity designing, Festival celebrations.
Business Intelligence :
- Regular attrition analysis, exit and stay interview data analysis, periodic salary analysis, headcount and attrition projections, action planning for groups based on data driven analysis of employee, preparing Dashboards and presenting to business stakeholders at regular intervals. Reporting critical data points on need basis to business leads, Handling Promotion Assessment Centre Program for the BU, conceptualized and successfully leading regular employee engagement projects virtually.
Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive business agenda, driving difficult discussions with employees and business stakeholders, managing employee concerns, partnering with business provide recommendations to people managers for employee/ team issues, tracking, and analysis.
Operational Excellence :
- Ensuring adherence of policies and processes by business leads, managing adhoc and operational tasks, regular and cyclical projects, exit interviews and employee exit clearances, capture exit feedback.
