Reporting to the Head HR, you will be responsible for :
- Anchoring the Employee Engagement efforts for the business and be seen as a go-to HR person.
- Implementing specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, pulse sessions etc.) that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied businesses.
- Anchoring employee engagement surveys to provide critical insights to the organization for enhancing employee engagement.
- Analysing &; highlighting key trends &; draw actionable insights, cascade execution of the action plan across the business.
- Partnering actively with business heads to understand ongoing engagement needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions for people matters.
- Driving the internal communications for the business
- Driving execution in terms of audience segmentation, content creation, and vendor management.
As a successful candidate, you should have :
- MBA /PDGM/PGP in Human resources from leading Indian B-schools with a strong background in employee engagement, content management and internal communications
- 3-5 years of experience in the employee-centric role such as Engagement or Business Partnering in a large scale setups with evolved HR practices
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified manpower requirements within the allocated resources
