Human Resources Business Partner: This early-stage tech start up is in the emergency response space. It is well backed by leading PE firms and investors. They are already present in multiple cities and 70+locations pan India.

Job Brief: We are currently hiring an HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

- Be a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters

- Provide guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs.

- Resolve employee issues and conduct thorough investigations where required.

- Advising management on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.

- Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.

- Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met.

- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

- You should have prior experience in a business partnering role.

- You possess strong communication & influencing skills.

- Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights.

- Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders.

- You are a problem solver & strategic thinker.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a Premier Institute .

- 10+ years of HR experience

- Demonstrated ability with training and development programs

- Expert in developing succession plans

- Adept with performance management and investigations

- Skilled in employee benefits administration
