Role: HR Business Partner Responsibilities: - Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level. - Help build the values framework and institutionalize our values across the company. - Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. - Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning,and organizational change). - Develop an integrated performance management framework and manage the execution end to end - Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in HR, with strong experience as a HR Business Partner. - Prior experience of having worked in a fast-paced environment - Ability to effectively partner &amp; engage with the Functional leaders - High on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to set up processes and institutionalize them - Prior experience and know-how of managing people operations - Prior Entrepreneurial or Startup experience would be a huge advantage NOTE: Prior experience with FMCG company is added an advantage.
