A. Role Descriptor

1. Business Fulfillment

1.1. Ensure that all hiring requirements are met with in terms of time and quality

1.2. Support expansion plans proactively by way of new hires, transfers, IJPs, and references

1.3. Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans for business unit restructuring

1.4. Participate in HR Reviews to understand the business strategy and deliver on the people agenda therein

1.5. Comprehend the competitive talent landscape and plan to mitigate risks

1.6. Monitor future skills requirements and create development bridge

2. Culture Champion

2.1. Authentically and comprehensively communicate the Culture Pillars

2.2. Ensure culture fit during the hiring process

2.3. Adhere to the cultural norms in day to day business execution

2.4. Champion the cultural orientation and reaffirmation

3. Process Compliance and Enhancement

3.1. Adhere to HR processes

3.2. Ensure effective roll out of all HR Policies and Procedures

3.3. Recommend edits and/or incremental changes to HR Processes for enhanced effectiveness

3.4. Ensure labor law compliance for the business under purview

4. Performance and Productivity

4.1. Facilitate decision on performance parameters through KRAs work

4.2. Help design performance monitoring matrices and help tracking

4.3. Roll out Rewards and Recognition to drive performance-driven culture

4.4. Establish productivity norms and monitor it

4.5. Take corrective measures to help adhere to productivity norms

5. Stakeholder Management

5.1. Establish a strong work relationship with the Business Head

5.2. Provide regular updates on the progress

5.3. Ensure timely escalation on key issues

5.4. Participate in business reviews to identify key business challenges and address the people aspects

5.5. Ensure that all process TATs are adhered to

6. Analytics and Reporting

6.1. Establish HR Matrices to be monitored on a periodic basis

6.2. Identify key insights emerging from the data and share with Business Head and/or Head HR

6.3. Identify incremental changes that can be implemented in the HR Tech

7. Change Agent

7.1. Understand the large change process in coordination with Head HR

7.2. Contribute to the change action areas as per the plan

7.3. Monitor the work executed and report progress

7.4. Constantly support employees in the business through the transition process

B. Role Specifications (Category)

Industry Preference The ideal candidate should have handled HR Business Partnering in B2C organizations preferably from E-commerce.

Experience Preference The ideal candidate should have the overall experience of about 08-10 years of experience. He / She should have managed the HR Business Partnering with units of not less than 500 individuals.

Education Experience The ideal candidate should be a graduate, Masters will be desirable. It would also add value if the candidate has function-specific certifications.
