Qualification: MBA in HR from a Top tier institute Mandatory, KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: - Provides HR expertise and service that support stakeholders in achieving their goals and objectives by becoming a trusted partner. - Handle the entire gamut of Human Resource Management for the assigned region. - Develops collaborative relationships with senior management, people managers and employees in assigned groups such as coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving. Coaches and counsels managers on effective management/supervisory skills that inspire high performing employees. - Partners with people managers and recruiters to attract and retain a diverse, engaged workforce. - Manages performance management and attrition - Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. - Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally - Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management - Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions - Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes - Acts as core member of the HR Management Team - Creates and publishes BU specific reports - Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners CRITICAL SKILLS - Must possess considerable knowledge of all HR disciplines, particularly strong employee relations knowledge and experience. - Relevant experience in a similar role. - Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff is critical. - Proven ability to effectively present to all levels and cross-functionally within the organization. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent consulting skills. - Strong conflict resolution skills. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Comfortable within a high change evolving organization - Ability to handle teams
