HR Business Partner - eCommerce (7-11 yrs)

Hiring for HRBP role for Lucknow location with a giant eCommerce company.

Role - HRBP

Location - Lucknow

Experience - 07 to 11 years(only from retail/eCommerce/Manufacturing/Automobiles sector/logistics industry)

Compensation - As per industry standards

Qualification - MBA from a reputed institute

Should be open for travelling across UP and manage hub center's

1. He/She will be part of the Regional HR Leadership team and work with the HR Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the Last mile / City Logistics organization.

2. Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in for building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.

3. Be the leader with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employee.

Basic Qualification & Competency :

Full time MBA in HR from reputed institute with experience into E-commerce /Manufacturing / Retail industry.

What you will be doing:

1. Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.

2. Accountable for managing the mid-level recruitment function for the city logistics operations from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.

3. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.

4. Be an active mentor and coach for Junior and mid management on people and business practices.

5. Coach Hub leaders and managers on people management and HR challenges

6. Implement talent management strategies and develop relationship with business to drive org goals.

7. Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.

8. Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes. Be the guardian of change management - for changes that have any people implications.

9. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.

10. Develop and nurture professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy.

11. Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyse employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment

12. Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.

13. Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within HR organization What you should have Strong Leadership Abilities

15. Strategic Thinker /Change Management Skills - Processes, Policies, Training and systems
