HR Business Partner for North Region (SALES WORKFORCE)

Candidate MUST have Sales workforce handling experience as mandatory

This is an Individual Contributor role.

Work Location - Gurgaon,

Work Exp - 2 to 5 Yrs

Education Criteria - MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2

CTC - 15 to 16 LPA

Industry Background -

Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking, and other White Goods.

Desired Personality Traits in candidate.

We are looking at someone very strong in stakeholder management, particularly with Sales / Operations workforce.

Managing Sales Workforce is mandatory to qualify for this opportunity.

Job Profile, may not be limited:

1) Sales workforce employee cost

2) Incentivization for Sales workforce

3) HRMS

4) Driving PMS

5) Employee Engagement.

- As HRBP for North Region, your role will be key to driving seamless talent management practices & crafting unique engagements and growth for every individual member of the team.

- Improving the Employee Engagement Index across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.

- Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and making a calendar of activity to continually drive positive employee experiences.

- Building feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue. Synthesizing engagement data and developing clear stories for stakeholders.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication etc.

- Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.

Critical Skills :

- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills/ comfort in data analysis, including MS Excel modelling & data manipulation skills and ability to manage reports & dashboards

- Passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

- Curious about metrics, execution processes, people trends.

- Excellent communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others.

- Commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics.

- Positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach.
