HR Business Partner - Corporate Segment - Bank

One of the Leading Private Bank is looking for a Corporate HRBP - Strategy Team Member to be based at Mumbai.

- The ideal candidate should be a MBA- HR from only Tier1/Tier 2+ institute with minimum 2- 5 years experience working in a Corporate HR role.

- The person would be involved in managing key business stakeholder and driving and implementing HR strategies to enhance business effectiveness.

- The person in his/her career should have been able to work on successful projects in a specific domain which has been a business enabler.

- Business sensitivity, manage expectations and be able to drive HR interventions through effective engagement with business is going to be one of the key critical areas of his/ her focus.

- Conceptually strong on all HR aspects, hands-on person, with exposure to HR business partnering in large organisations is needed.

The position would be reporting to VP - HRBP.
