Talent Acquisition:


- Own the Talent Acquisition process centrally & drive quantitative & qualitative parameters

- Own & manage the applicant tracking system to drive efficiency in process, documentation & reporting

- Manage the partners involved in the recruitment process including RPO partner, other search partners, assessment partners etc.

- Own & manage the onboarding & induction process to ensure exceptional experience to the new hires

- Benchmark the candidate & new hire experience with best in class for continuous improvement

- Driving the D&I initiatives & priorities in lines with the Diversity & Inclusion framework

- Design and execute various initiatives both internally and externally to establishing Tata Sky as the employer of choice for diverse workforce
