HR Business Partner - Consumer Durable (2-5 yrs)
- Own the Talent Acquisition process centrally & drive quantitative & qualitative parameters
- Own & manage the applicant tracking system to drive efficiency in process, documentation & reporting
- Manage the partners involved in the recruitment process including RPO partner, other search partners, assessment partners etc.
- Own & manage the onboarding & induction process to ensure exceptional experience to the new hires
- Benchmark the candidate & new hire experience with best in class for continuous improvement
