The HRBP will be responsible for the following; - Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce - Work with senior management and HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development - Work with the business leaders to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development - Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group - Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of business. - Assessing the need and Partnering with HR SMEs/HR Operations/HR Shared Services to deliver focused and customized (where appropriate) HR solutions to the business - To support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained - Effectively managing the entire lifecycle of an Employee starting from Onboarding till exit. - Position based at Abu Dhabi. Preference for local candidates (From UAE) - The position reports to HR Director.
