HR Business Partner - Conglomerate Startup (8-12 yrs)
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Supporting Actions
- Strategize and implement HR Process and collaboration with Hindalco HR
- To strategize, design, plan and implement HR policies and system by conducting market benchmark and set best in class system to provide competitive advantage to the start-up.
- To drive and conduct annual manpower planning
- To consistently ensure people connect, consult with business stakeholders to understand business need and implement required solution in alignment with Hindalco HR.
HR Operations :
- To ensure completion of various stages of employee lifecycle as mentioned below. Provide necessary inputs to collaborating teams.
- Mapping of employees in poornata
- Ensure timely monthly payroll inputs to central team after capturing data from employee
PMS & Rewards and organization design :
- Ensure timely completion of PMS and performance database management
- Provide CTC inputs for new joiners, transfer or otherwise wherever required
- To understand business requirement and suggest organizational structure changes, ensure end to end approval and implementation in the system as per process in collaboration with Hindalco HR
People development and Talent Management :
- To map the capability gap by first understanding business capability needs and analyzing available capability.
- Creation of development plan/MDP for individual employees
- To provide quarterly nominations for applicable training programs conducted
- To have conversations with management, managers and employees to understand organizational need and personal aspiration. Create career path for individuals, identify critical roles and ensure success planning is done
- To ensure potential assessment cycle and other talent related initiatives are conducted timely and communicated to stakeholders
Recruitment, Communication & Engagement :
- Manage end to end recruitment process from requisition till onboarding
- Ensure engagement of employees is maintained through proper communication through review meetings, collaboration catch up, skip meeting, townhall and others
- Implement R&R interventions as planned
