Create a people agenda that will enable the business to realize their ambitions. Work side by side with business, completely hands on, to get things done on a variety of people- related areas, such as talent acquisition, learning & development, employee connect, performance management, career planning and recognition programs. Duties and Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering: - Act as a single point of contact for the employees to understand their needs and generate buy-in for people management practices. - Build relationships with senior business leaders & other stakeholders to support the delivery of HR processes and programs. - Develop programs, processes to support business effectiveness for talent acquisition, employee development, employee connect, performance management, career development, recognition for the corporate office. - Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets. Talent Management: - Develop the acquisition strategy & ensure the acquisition of relevant and best talent. - Develop talent through the creation of a development action plan through training need analysis. Enhance learning coverage. - Drive the employee recognition program, re-invent awards, determine parameters to ensure that award parameters meet quality standards, and ensure consistency - Drive the yearly engagement calendar covering employee connect, quarterly town halls, festivals & celebrations. - Design and deliver programs in areas of leadership development, succession planning, key employee engagement initiatives, assessment, development and career management, and best practices. Performance Management: - Act as a key nodal point during annual, and mid-year performance management. - Ensure smart goal setting, high quality of dialogues & online assessments. - Ensure timely closure of process covering Talent Councils, functional discussions, bonus & increments discussions, PIP's communication & pay-outs.
