A leading Commodity Warehousing firm in Mumbai is seeking to hire an HR Business Partner.

Candidates with 10-12 years of Human Resource Generalist experience with at least 3 years in an HR Leadership role.

Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources is preferred.

Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the business across India.

- Develop the HR strategy and deploy the same, consistent with the company's vision, values, and culture.

- Contribute as a business leader, understand cost-effectiveness, and be accountable for the measurement of all HR programs and processes

- Focus on establishing /reforming the HR function and its services including, employee engagement, training and development, general employee communications and all aspects of total rewards such as pay planning and position classification.

- Be responsible for designing of work positions; talent acquisition; reward, recognition and strategic pay; performance management and appraisal systems; career and succession planning; and employee engagement & development.

- Facilitate change management and communications plan to support organization-wide initiatives and manage expectations of business leaders and employees.

- Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees on human resources policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools to ensure knowledge transfer, enhanced organizational capability related to the management and development of people, and consistent delivery.

- Direct and review audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of Human Resource data, applications and reports. Promote operational efficiency, security, and effectiveness of controls.

- Be a partner in leading and reinforcing values, behaviors and related programs company-wide.

- Lead and execute HRIMS software implementation company wide

- Responsible for ensuring the adherence to all HR statutory compliance

- Responsible for reviewing the existing HR processes and doing the groundwork to prepare the organization to participate in GPTW (Great Place To Work) survey

- Manage cordial relationship with the vendors, partners, and govt. officials

KRAs:-

- Timely completion of all ratings & reviews as per PMS laid out

- Control employee attrition levels

- Smooth transition and rollout of HRIMS implementation companywide

- Roll out of defined interventions to build/reinforce Employee Value Proposition

- Succession planning and competency mapping

- Employee satisfaction index
