HR Business Partner - Commercial/Sales - Work with senior business stakeholders and HR leadership to strategise and implement the HR agenda across a Business Unit - Manage the entire employee life cycle of the commercial business unit of the organization - Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders - Work on important projects with key leadership and drive HR agenda Ideal candidate : - At least 5 + years of relevant experience in HRBP functions (commercial/sales workforce is a must) Education : MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools (XLRI, TISS) preferred - Experience in working for FMCG/FMCD/Telecom sector - Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills - Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills - Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
