- Support in execution of strategic initiatives such as Talent Management & Leadership Development, Balanced Score Card, Succession Planning, Management of Trainee Schemes (ET, GET) etc
- Build organizational capabilities through strategic hiring support, creation of IDPs for critical talent pool, executing business level training interventions
- To develop better employee engagement & to upgrade the skills, knowledge and competencies of HO & Marketing employees.
- Support other HO initiatives on need basis
OPERATIONAL :
- To drive adoption of SuccessFactors and ensure adherence to the same
- To create delightful experience along the employee life cycle with special focus on on-boarding of new joinees
- To build a strong talent pipeline for strengthening future manpower requirement and overcome the lacuna created by exit of an employee in HO, Marketing
- To strengthen PMS process for all employees
- Training & Development for HO, Marketing
- Training Need Identification from PM
- Discussion of TNI with respective HODs
- Develop Training Calendar from TNI
- Identify suitable Trainers who can deliver the training
- Maintaining Training Master data
- Maintaining Feedback data
- Build Communication Channel / Forums to develop better employee engagement across all units
- To strengthen employee engagement
- Facilitate action planning of Engagement Survey results
- Develop and follow Employee Engagement Calendar for the year
- Drive Rewards & Recognition
