HR Business Partner - Campus Hiring & Training - Media (3-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- Campus Recruitment: Overall process, manpower sourcing, selection of best candidate, execution of interviews & screening tests; making fitment to grade & role, negotiation offer & salary, executing post offer formalities and engaging the candidate till date of joining.
- Training: Develops and administers training programs for employees, training and development needs for organisations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in- person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
- Develop innovative HR Business Solutions aligned with the business priorities. Facilitate and take ownership for driving change at the business level by acting as a change catalyst and managing the change transition across teams and functions.
- Facilitates organizational structure design/redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives.
Must Have :
- MBA with 3-7 years of experience.
- Exposure in campus recruitment and training.
