HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO (5-12 yrs)

1. Partner with the business leaders to drive the overall strategy

2. Liaison with the HR COE's and the top leadership to design and implement HR processes from scratch, while driving a strong employee connect

3. Design and implement retention strategies and save cost for the company

4. People Cycle implementation: Provide guidance to leaders and collaborate with them to run people processes more efficiently

5. Guide the HR COE's to implement LnD, Talent management, recruitment and compensation practices

6. Conceptualize & implement engagement programs, processes and initiatives that build a team culture and improve people effectiveness

7. Be able to push back and challenge the business in driving people agenda

8. Act as a guardian of neutrality between managers and employees

A successful applicant

1. Previous experience in a BPO/ KPO is a must

2. Minimum 5-12 Years experience in HR Business Partnership and a thorough knowledge of all major responsibilities in HR

3. Ability to lead and inspire people and have conversations with the topmost management

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

5. Highly energetic and adaptable
