Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role requires to lead the Talent Engagement initiatives ensuring positive employee experience
- Drive end to end employee lifecycle events thereby influencing Employee Retention
- Strong hold on Data Visualization, drawing out patterns and reporting business metrics
- Working with team and Identifying opportunities for Automation or process re-engineering
- Enable execution of key business imperatives and org. wide initiatives
- Drive Governance, review SLAs, metrics etc. and drive cadence with the required stakeholders
- Bring in continual service improvement, track and review progress
- Handle critical issues/escalations etc.

- Excellent Communication + Written skills
- Required Graduation in HR
- Willing to work from Office
