Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc)
1.Post Graduate in Management Studies
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)
1.Good understanding of the BPO/KPO business
2.Very Good Communication Skills
3.Proven experience in managing the Line HR set up for a BPO/call center
4.Proven experience of handling change management & Executive counseling
5.Strong domain exposure from a People engagement tools & techniques
Required Attributes
1.Ability to communicate clearly (verbal / non-verbal)
2.Smart and Presentable
3.Should display Out of the Box thinking capability
4.Should have high levels of resilience- ability to push back
5.Have excellent peer/perception management skills
6.Should have sound mentoring philosophy & Mature head
Required Experience
6-10 years, preferably in BPO/Call centers
