The HRBP - Blockchain
Business is a strategic partner role to lead and shape the organization agenda and develop the People Strategy supporting the Blockchain Business. The ideal the candidate is someone who likes to turn ideas into reality and deliver substantive business impact.
Role and responsibilities -
Office Culture / Development (OD catalyst)
- Understand people and the pulse
- Advise Ops
- Support Culture and initiatives
- People connect to enable the above
- Events/communication coordination to enable the above
Learning and Development (training, learning programs, conferences)
- Capability development enablement (CDP) along with Ops team (from CDP, business / project needs)
- Gather requirements and coordinate for execution (bring in SMEs, work with partners, support design, manage logistics )
- Create visibility with people and provide needed support
People practices-
- Onboarding - journey coordination
- Capability development enablement (CDP)
- Project Reviews, Ops catch-ups, Focus Discussions
- Learning requirements, staffing inputs
- Grade change management
- PIP - structure, facilitate, monitor, support
- Salary - support GM as needed
- HR SPOC- working needs/issues resolutions (support as needed locally)-
- LOA - contact point and management
- Flexible working - advice, and coordination
- Exit - closing formalities
- Emergencies - support
- Specific people problems - support and coordination
Skills, competencies and work experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a services/consulting or technology company(preferred)
- HR generalist with experience in coaching, Learning, and Development and performance management as the business.
- Have been responsible for the support and care of a group of at least 300 employees.
- Comfortable working and in a distributed organization.
- Have been exposed to an entrepreneurial culture, implementing new ideas and bringing innovative solutions for the business.
- Should be hands -on/Individual contributor
- Should be a proactive communicator, easily build credibility and trust across a wide range of people. Able to give and receive feedback constructively. Comfortable having difficult discussions.
- Have personal and professional resilience. Can accept mistakes and handle conflict. Able and willing to make decisions and not always be right.
- Business-focused should be able to empathize with leaders and win their trust. Able to balance the day-to-day business needs with Penrose values and aims around diversity.
