Job Profile:

- To develop and implement HR Strategy.

- Work closely with leadership teams to implement the talent management strategy.

- Knowledge of external HR best practice understands and challenges HR policy, direction and practice.

- Organisational diagnosis, design & development which takes consideration of external trends, conditions and applies best practice to design, develop and facilitate high individual and organizational performance.

- HR Planning, forecasting & execution. Good analytical skills

- MIS on boarding exit formalities payroll and retiral benefits

- Manage head count budgets and man power approvals against budgets

- Responsible for the efficient running of the operational aspects of HR.

- Drive and actively contribute to the implementation of the People Strategy initiatives and work streams. Ensure the implementation approach is supported & delivered.

- Performance Development Management

- Employee Communications

- Good knowledge of India HR/ER environment

- Reward Management
