Support the cross-functional teams on roll-out of HR programs. Contribute to succession planning, performance management, competence development, change management, organizational effectiveness, C&B, Employee relations, process improvements. Ensure that regulatory and statutory obligations are discharged locally including statutory and/ or regulatory reporting requirements

Candidate Profile

MBAs from premier / great institutes with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience with large, high-headcount organizations having National presence. Experience in implementation of inclusion and diversity desirable.
