HR Business Partner - BFSI (8-12 yrs)

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to provide HR partnership in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

- You will forge trust driven meaningful partnerships with leaders across the org to develop, embed the people strategy and strengthen our culture, aligned to business needs and goals.

- You will be investing your time in developing strong, credible relationships with managers and senior stakeholders across various levels

- You will be catalyst in fuelling the growth journey by ensuring the people and business strategies are in alignment.

Responsibilities :

- Working through employee lifecycle - New hire engagement & assimilation, address employee concerns, Performance management, compensation benefits, Talent density, retention.

- You will be the chief custodian of building a highly engaged team. You will have a knack of doing continuous and ongoing pulse checks through structured 1:1's, surveys through various tools to stay abreast with people's expectations, needs and strike a perfect balance between business goals and individual aspirations.

- You will be accountable for building time tested career progression frameworks and draft strategies to help our people learn, grow and excel in their roles and help them meet their career aspirations.

- You will lead the org in large scale change efforts owing to the pace of growth. (Reorganization, realignment, etc.)

- You will be a focal Point of contact for a high performing engineering team of ~200 employees expanding to 500 soon, partner with managers to execute people strategy, evangelize new or enhancements to HR programs, help new managers build expertise.

- Partner with our specialist teams including Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding and HR Operations to deliver people strategy and support to the business. Drive positive culture that attracts talent, enables performance & supports wellbeing. Implement transparent structure & process across employee lifecycle.

- Drive data and reporting to support leaders in making informed business decisions.

- Lead and support projects including year-end processes, engagement survey, change initiatives, and local business-driven initiatives.

Requirements :

- Strong attention to detail and basis for action

- Communications skills and the ability to influence managers/leaders.

- Relevant Education in HR.

- Minimum of 8- 12 years related HR experience. Proven experience partnering with Engineering teams in fast paced growing product organizations.

- Proven HR business partnering experience with the ability to navigate between the strategic and transactional aspects of the role.

- Must have broad HR knowledge including talent management, talent development, Rewards & Recognition, implementation of HR Programs, New employee onboarding/orientation, Employee performance (coaching, performance improvement plans), policy development, succession planning & Exit interviews.

- Communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organization.

- Have high standards for individual contributions and business outcomes.

- An innovative mindset with the ability to challenge the norm to generate new ideas Effective organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

- Strong execution skills and orientation - possessing initiative and capability to support programs and projects.

- Prior experience in supporting implementation of HR programs and procedures to improve overall operations and organizational effectiveness.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
