HR Business Partner - BFSI (7-9 yrs)
We have the following requirement in BFSI Space in Mumbai
HRBP 7-9 years
- MBA from 7 - 9 years experience . The person should have worked in managing a large sales force from HR perspective and at the same time should have handled niche profiles in technology, digital also. Ability to manage a geographically disperse team would be an added advantage.
- Role is to be responsible for managing a team of HR business partners to manage end to end employee life cycle of employees Pan India. In addition this profile will also be leading the HR Analytics vertical for the company.
Drive talent acquisition :
To drive HR process, practice and policy implementation of highest standards including PMS roll out and implementation, awareness building on Q12 methodology, Induction program, career and succession planning, institutionalizing rewards and recognition at all levels, implementation of projects on the areas of strategic importance nationally and locally.
- Attrition Management
- Managing and development of the HR team ( 8 -10) in number.
- Prefer from BFSI / Pharma/ Fmcg/ Fmcd/Telecom
