They are looking to hire a Regional HRBP for Jaipur Location Job Description: Reporting into the Zonal Head and a team of people reporting into you, your responsibility will include: - Leading the HRBP function for the region and working in a team management role across multiple states - Develop and build strong influential relationships and HR solutions in line with the overall people & business strategy - Responsible for all strategic interventions and standardization of all HR practices across the zones - Challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues - Be hands on and translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that align and leverage interventions like Culture and Talent - Spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring Key stakeholder management locally & globally - Effectively manage multiple teams to ensure smooth functioning of the HR processes at the India level The Successful Applicant: - You will come with 7 - 10 ears of experience in a Sales HRBP role - Candidates from Insurance/Financial Services will be considered - Full time MBA (HR) with strong specialist experience of HR business partnering is a must have - Should be open to travel at least 10 days in a month
