Role Summary: Associate HR manager located in Mumbai, India. The role reports to the Global Head of Human Resources and primarily entails leading and providing HR partnership and support to the corporate team in India, understanding the business objectives, provide and support appropriate global HR programs, strategies and processes across recruitments, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, learning management, and employee relations. Key responsibilities : - Understanding specific business requirements, as we continue grow in India, and translate these into talent/capability requirements. - Institutionalize a rigorous hiring process aligned with technical and behavioral competencies. - Spearhead the learning and development interventions and formulate strategies to foster a culture of learning within the business. - Work with individuals, managers, and functional leaders to ensure fair performance reviews, including goal setting, self-assessment, manager assessment completion, and targeted action planning. - Partner with the functional leaders to track and improve critical people metrics such as employee engagement and retention. - Plan and execute talent management initiatives in partnership with the functional leader, including identifying high potential employees, promoting the right people into the right roles and supporting their skill development to perform effectively in these roles
