- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Process
- Partnering with business heads, understanding requirements and ensuring timely closure of bulk/support manpower needs.
- Extensive Experience in mid to senior level hiring and should have expertise analyzing projected head count increase
- Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
- Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process.
- Exp in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement initiatives pertaining to given region.
- Performance Management, Promotion/Talent Review pertaining to given region.
- Retention, handling employee grievances, counselling employees.
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid-Mass hiring
- Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups.
- Good experience and understanding on all HRBP activities
