HR Business Partner - BFSI (10-22 yrs)
At least 10 -12 years experience in HR business Partner mandatory
Responsibilities
- Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.
- Build strong relationships to partner effectively with a variety of constituents.
- Proactively manage risk to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Drive change through organization design and operationalization of organizational models.
- Advise on employee relations issues.
- Liaise with the Staffing team on acquiring key talent.
- Lead the year-end compensation process.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction.
- Participate in global initiatives across the HR team.
- Manage relationship with Line of business and ability to manage LOB interactions
- Partner with business to mitigate People/Legal risk
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization
Mandatory Requirements:
- 15 + total years of HR experience that includes 10 years as HR generalist HR Business Partner experience
- Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations.
- Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels.
- Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills.
- Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR Management from a premier business school
