- Partnering with business to implement HR strategies as per organization's Strategic Business Plan and end to end delivery of HR Services
- Responsible for manpower planning and end to end recruitment as per business requirements
- Managing onboarding and departmental induction for new joinees and building a competent workforce by ensuring Capability Development across levels
- Enabling and implementing employee engagement surveys and subsequent action planning to drive employee engagement and retention
- Responsible for management and review of entire Performance Management cycle across regions
- Supporting the identification of individual development plans and tracking their progress across the year
- Driving high performance culture through identification of high potential and developing talent pipeline for critical positions
- Developing and implementing focussed learning and development programs for the business functions
