- Contribute to, and accountable to define policies and processes
- Drive consistency of approach in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs (talent acquisition to 30%.)
- Work closely with all, to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
- Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly.
- Plan & Design future requirements basis Predictive Attrition model.
- Handle Performance Management mechanisms - Cost Budgeting, Compensation Bench Markings & HR Planning aspects.
