We are looking for HR-Business Partner role with one of leading finance company in Gurgaon

Job Description:

HRBP

The HR Business Partner Lead is responsible for partnering with business. He/She would be responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building mechanisms to drive performance management, Associate engagement and development, Career counseling/coaching, compliance of HR practices and guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding Business requirements, identification & implementation with HR business perspective.

- Understanding of Core HR Processes like Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation Revision, Employee Engagement and Retention, Reward & Recognition and Talent Management and Succession Planning

- Plan, direct & coordinate in the HR functions.

- To provide support/ assistance to the Head-HR in initiating & development of various HR processes in line with the business.

- Handle gamut of HR functions for the IT division which includes new joinee boarding process, Induction, employee management, leave management, policy implementation.

- Coordinate in the performance management system, attrition & retention management.

- Compile statistical data and creates/prepares reports and analysis.

- Facilitating employee grievance redressal by direct intervention.

- To ensure that the sensitive issues are handled effectively and are brought to a logical conclusion with constant communication to relevant stakeholders

- Planning & Delivery - Candidate must display impeccable standards of process planning and drive towards execution excellence.

- Ensure on- time delivery without compromising on quality and consistency

- Demonstrate understanding of organizational strategy and succession planning

CRITICAL SKILLS

- Must possess considerable knowledge of all HR disciplines; particularly strong employee relations knowledge and experience.

- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff is critical.

- Proven ability to effectively present to all levels and cross-functionally within the organization.

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent consulting skills.

- Strong conflict resolution skills.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable within a high change evolving organization

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Full time management degree with specialization in HR

- 3-5 years of hands on experience as an HRBP
