Qualifications : MBA HR(Fulltime) from Tier 1 OR Tier 2 Colleges only.
Experience : 2 to 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities :
The role involves business partnering, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management.
Talent Acquisition :
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring
- Identifying and partnering with external providers
Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Partner with senior stakeholders for understanding business short-term and long-term requirements and creating a roadmap for HR Interventions, so that business requirements are being achieved.
- Managing end to end lifecycle processes incl. onboarding, performance appraisals, exit, retention, employee grievances and queries
Talent Engagement :
- Conducting training needs analysis and implementing training plans in collaboration with training vendors
- Conduct town halls, employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition, employee surveys and connects
- Responsible for evangelizing the company policies & practices to ensure understanding across levels and departments.
- Provide MIS support to provide data inputs on recruitment, attrition, employee feedback, exits etc.
