Currently Hiring a HRBP (HR Business Partner) for one of the leading financial Company
Act as single point of contact for internal clients and supporting them in achieving their business goals.
- Employee relations and engagements.
- Employee grievances.
Stakeholder Management :
- Training intervention for regional employees.
- Probation, confirmation, appraisal & Internal transfer of employees
- Conduct employee counselling meeting at regular intervals for their motivation.
- Sharing attendance inputs for payroll.
- Responsible for appraisals, PMS process of regional employees.
- Assisting HR - COEs in driving state of art HR initiatives & processes in the region
MBA/ PGDM from : Good Pedigree B-school Premium BSchool (mandatory )
Span of control : South
Location : Bangalore
CTC : At par with industry standards.
Industry Preference : Banking, NBFC, Insurance, retail, telecom or any service industry
