HR Business Partner - Bank (1-3 yrs)
Talent Management :
- Partner with Managers to identify critical & high potential employees
- Responsible for implementing & facilitating Performance Improvement Plan for business employees
- Employee life cycle management; from selection to exit activities
- Ensure timely completion of goal setting, mid-year performance review, & manager-employee feedback sessions
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Responsible for the overall recruitment cycle from recruitment planning to employee onboarding
- Sustained sourcing through long-term interventions of predictive hiring, talent pipeline, identification, alignment & developing of high performing sourcing vendors & internal job posting
- Conducting structured business needs discussions with Functional Heads to understand the key roles & recruiting demand & develop a recruitment plan
- Managing relationships with both internal stakeholders (employees) & external stakeholders & partners; vendors, consultants, universities and other network groups
- Campus Recruitment; End to end selection & recruitment of Management trainees from Management Institute (Pan-India) every year
Training & Development
- Ensure identification of development needs & implementing of training programs & on-the-job development for the assigned employees
- Conduct Employee Induction (day long program scheduled every month)
- Conduct workshops; Values, Mission & Vision workshop, Time management, etc.
Employee Engagement & RnR
- Responsible in planning & implementation of yearlong engagement calendar
- Overall coverage from festive celebrations to employee health and fitness initiatives
