Job Role :
- Establish business partner relationships with teams and management. Gain a thorough understanding of corporate objectives and problems.
- Identify, evaluate, and assist in resolving problems to support the business.
- Work with cross-functional Centre of Excellence to facilitate end to end HR needs for the business pertaining to Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Drive employee lifecycle from goal setting to performance management, with a consistent focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication, and feedback.
- Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention.
