The startup is a business event discovery and networking platform that has also built other services like accessing speaker information and event agendas, viewing maps and getting directions to the venue, and setting reminders for the event. It aims to improve event-goers experience before, during, and after the event.

The company currently hosts over 300000 business events and drives over 30 million people to events. As the only platform with rated events, they use technology to maximize the value, users get from the event participation. Over the last 4 years, the company has grown from a small startup to a platform with global reach and clientele.

The company was founded in 2014 by serial entrepreneurs and IMT and Purdue University alumni, who have been part of managing and scaling many online business and products. The company drives massive B2B traffic from across the globe on a single amazing platform.

Our client collaborates with event organizers of trade shows and conferences around the world to become their official engagement app. Past and current clients include UBM, Messe Frankfurt, Messe Munchin, FICCI, HKTDC, among others.

As the next generation HR Business Partner / People Operation Manager, you will be responsible to manage end-to-end employee experience and development in the company.

What you will do :

People and Cultural Development :

- Being a cultural ambassador for the company and reinforcing employee morale and excitement and making the company a fun and productive place to work

- Managing all HR operations including performance management, benefits, compliance, etc.

- Managing end-to-end new hire onboarding and assimilation client servicing

- Owning the exit process end-to-end for all voluntary terminations, including exit interviews

- Working with leadership team to create best practices to build company culture and employee relations

Office Management :

- Being the point of contact for all office matters and managing all administrative activities

- Developing, planning, and executing new and innovative team building and social events

- Developing, documenting, and communicating new processes and approaches to better manage the office and costs

Candidate Profile :

- At least 1 year of relevant people experience in a startup environment

- Should have a good pedigree - Tier 1 or Tier 2 B School

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
