HR Business Partner - Automobile (8-12 yrs)

Language- Tamil known candidate would be preferred.

1. On the hands exposure to Fresher, Junior and Mid-Management hiring

2. Should be aware of and exposed to work on TM processes to enrich and engage high potential talent like talent reviews, potential calibration, individual development plans and driving implementation of IDPs.

3. Should be exposed to work on org design to create an agile customer centric org culture. Should be able to understand and identify inefficiencies in the structure and advice on delayering and structural rationalization opportunities.

4. Should have worked on planning and scheduling initiatives to create a listening culture like one on one, skip level listening and group listening sessions.

5. Should have worked on administering and interpreting Org Health/GPTW/Engagement surveys and should have actively worked on action planning and deploying and driving implementation of action plans.

6. Should have worked on collecting inputs for manpower planning and is aware of the processes / approach to calibrate manpower plans.

7. Should have worked on back end processes like collating data related to Annual Performance Appraisal and Promotion processes and bring analysis and thinking in the form of data cuts to facilitate decision making.

8. Should have exposure to facilitate at least Level-1 Performance calibration sessions.

9. Should be approachable and accessible for people through proactive connect plans and initiatives and be the go to person for people and talent to echo their concerns and be a sounding board to the top management on people / talent concerns from time to time.

Job Requirements :

- Post Graduate in HRM/MSW/IRPM

- Relevant Experience 10 Years of experience in HR
