Strategic HR Partner :
- To drive manpower productivity and work closely with stakeholders to align business objectives with individual goals. Talent acquisition, change management, organizational development and performance management
- Handle various functions of HR including People Strategy, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Communication, Career Planning, Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition and Employee Retention
Talent Acquisition :
- Responsible to achieve the Annual recruitment target of assigned Business Unit/Zone, Participate in forecasting of manpower requirements for the year/per month/quarter based on business needs,
- Liaise with Unit Managers to ensure that manpower is in line with pyramid structure
Performance Management System :
- Coordinating with the business units to assign KRA's to employees & making sure goal setting is consolidated with the PMS.
- Issuance of appraisal /Promotions letters on timely manner.
Employee Engagement :
- Conducting monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities & executing the Induction & onboarding activities
- Timely Addressing employees queries
- Engaging employees by conducting various programs
- HR Systems, Reporting & Analysis
- Handled HR MIS reports like Hiring & Attrition Analysis, Recruitment MIS and HR Action Report card, HR Dashboard
