HRBP - Our Client, an Apparel manufacturing company at Faridabad ( a part of Delhi NCR) is looking for HRBP position. - The candidate shall possess a minimum 7 to 10 years experience on employee relationship management, listening exercises, retention strategies and performance management. Key responsibilities include: - Implementation on initiatives on employee wellness at Corporate and Factories. Manage the employee experience lifecycle. - Exposure to Goal Setting Process and appraisals is desirable. - IR is not required since that expertise exists currently. Reporting : This position will report in to the CHRO. And this position is currently an Individual Contributor role. Immediate Joinees preferred.
