HR Business Partner - Global Apparel MNC
Role:
- Provide HR consultation, coaching & functional advice to drive business & people agenda through managers and as the partner
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Point of contact for functional global HRBPs
- Plan & Manage execution of key plans, programs, deliver through self, global HR business partners, HR Ops, Managers, in a multinational, environment
- Identify and solve complex problems based on organisational insights, mindful of people and financial impact
- Drive organisation culture and foster growth and be responsible to drive end-to-end Talent Engagement Agenda for this Company
The Ideal Candidate:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in matrix-ed for large matrix-ed organisations
- Experience partnering with Tech teams/Tech Centre preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working on Workday Implementation will be a huge advantage
- Experience in a product based/ advanced tech organisation will be preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
