- Responsibilities include strategically partnering with business units and leaders to achieve business goals and thereby contributing to commercial growth.

- Extensive competitor mapping to support resourcing plans for businesses

- Key focus is to recruit on time, and meet deadline as per requirement.

- Strategizing recruitment so as to attract the best talent with speed, using defined and low cost methods.

- Monitoring of HR Operations via daily trackers and providing daily numbers to Sr. Mgmt.

- HR Induction/orientation program to new joinees.

- Conduct Exit Interviews and carry out Attrition Analysis

- Providing regular inputs to the senior management on the pulse of the organization

- Investigate cases and handle Employee Separation & Termination

Position is based with a large MNC in mumbai.
